This is a great class for those who are sitting the CMS Certified Sommelier exam, working in a fine dining restaurant, or wanting to learn proper sparkling wine service techniques. During this session we will teach you how to safely and effectively open sparkling wine and tackle all the issues that can arise while opening and serving sparkling wine. You will get a live demonstration of all these techniques and have the chance to ask all your wine service questions. In addition, you will get the opportunity to practice opening and serving sparkling wine.
This is a single session lasting 2.5 hours. No prerequisites or basic wine knowledge is recommended.
