Wine 101: Introduction to Fine Wine Service

During this session we will teach you how to safely and effectively open sparkling wine, table wine and old wine utilizing decanting techniques. You will get a live demonstration of all these techniques and have the chance to ask all your wine service questions. Practiced in a fine dining setting.

 

This is a single session lasting 2.5 hours. No prerequisites or basic wine knowledge is recommended.
