Wine 102: Introduction to Fine Wine Service

During this session we will teach you how to open wine in a fine dining scenario. We will cover table wine, decanting for aeration and sediment as well as sparkling wine service. You will get a live demonstration of all these techniques and have the chance to ask all your wine service questions. There will be time for live practice.

 

This is a single session lasting 2.5 hours. No prerequisites are required.
