Take a deep dive into understanding these important drivers in the wine world. In this class we will unpack the natural ID tags of these styles and varietals and how wine making, climate and quality can play a role in what is in the glass. This class is suitable for those who have a basic knowledge of wine but want to learn more! WSET Level 2 and 3 candidates as well as CMS Intro and certified candidates will benefit from these classes. All wines will be tasted blind with an average of 8 wines per class.
This is a 4-session course lasting 2.5 hours each class. No prerequisites are required. Basic wine knowledge is recommended.
