Steve has over 25 years of experience leading cross-functional teams at both the distributor and the supplier. Currently, Cohen is responsible for the Transatlantic Spirits division — which includes a large team spread across 44 markets. This Division was launched in April 2016 to support the dedicated teams selling Bacardi, Patron and Heaven Hill. Prior to his current role, Cohen served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for Glazer's international business. He joined Glazer's in 2012 as Senior Vice President Diageo/Moet/Hennessy DMH Texas, and later became Senior Vice President of Marketing and Performance – DMH Division. His previous experience also includes a number of key sales positions at Diageo, including Senior Vice President of Sales for Franchise States, Vice President of Sales for Diageo Guinness – USA, and Vice President of National Accounts.
