Beer 101: An Overview of Beer

Beer 101 is a foundational course tailored for professionals in the restaurant and bar industry, offering a comprehensive introduction to the world of beer. Participants will develop a solid understanding of beer origins, brewing processes, and styles. From key ingredients to sensory analysis, this course equips industry personnel with the essential knowledge and skills to confidently navigate the diverse beer landscape and enhance customer experiences. This is a single session course lasting 2.5 hours. No prerequisites are required. It is recommended for students to take this course followed by Beer 201: Ales of the World and Beer 202: Lagers of the World to gain a comprehensive understanding of beer.
